So many changes! Not just in how I look, but how I think! Sometimes we get knocked down, but finding the way back up can be tricky, because it’s different for everyone! Please join us in this journey of transformation and wonder as we move ahead into 2020! We are looking forward to building Dragonwood’s Sacred Space and helping others on their journey no matter what it is! Perception is EVERYTHING! Change your perception and you change everything! Document the progress!

Sometimes we can’t see it till we take a picture. Not just the weight thing, but every was changing, my hair, my skin, so much was changing. Just because I changed how I was thinking and reacting to me! These are changes that occurred from 2016 to 2018. Now the changes are coming faster.

The change started to happen!

The picture on the left was taken in 2015, back then I couldn’t stand for longer than two minutes to even do my own dishes. I had to do them in two minute spurts. Walking was with a cane or walker. Diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia. My energy was gone, and I couldn’t do anything. Sick and tired of being sick and tired! That is where I was. Depression was hard to fight off.  Then I started to get back to what I know works! Listening to my inner being. Meditation and finding myself again. I felt like the world had chewed me up and spit me out! It had !  So I decided to make some changes in my BS !  It was slow in the beginning, but the more I did it, the better it got, and the more I wanted to do it.  My days started going from everyday a bad day, to two good days a week, then three, then four! Then more! It was a slow process but I had to focus on the little things that was happening. Standing up to do my dishes was a big thing! Getting a sink full done in one shot was a big accomplishment!  Somewhere along the line, my daughter made the remark that I was moving faster! Wow, I hadn’t even noticed, but yes she was right! I had moved from snail speed to turtle! We had a good laugh! She said, “ damn, for an old woman your getting kind of frisky”! Then it hit me, I don’t want to be an “old woman”. I want to be young again! So I set out on a mission to finding my younger self. 

One day I was have a down day, and so I decided to surf the YouTube for some inspiration. I found a video about a guy who was a lot like me. Over weight, sick, and couldn’t walk. After I saw that video, I knew I had to keep going. So I started doing videos myself.

In the beginning!

Talk about new stages in life! Wow! I think the later years are the best! We are starting to drop the old concepts of aging and embrace the fact the life is really getting exciting went you reach 50 and beyond. We have the ability to change our body and get younger, healthier, more vibrant as we advance into the more wiser years. Here I will be blogging my personal progress. Not to toot my own horn, but to show others IT CAN BE DONE !  Over the past few years I started to change my perception of aging, health, and wellness. 

I was very heavy, still on the path of dropping what I don’t need. I agree with Aberham-Hicks that the key is making sure your in the vortex or connected to your spiritual center when you eat! For that matter, be connected for everything! We have to love ourself! First and foremost! It’s so important to do this. But most people don’t know how. Perception is everything, change your perception and you change everything! Changing the perception you have of yourself is the key. We are given a perception of who and what we are by others around us. Our family and friends. Don’t buy into the BS !  BS meaning Believe System!  The system is set up to miss guide you away from your true self. If your in a space that your finding it hard to love yourself, most likely you have a distorted picture of who you are. By changing that BS you can change yourself.
